I have spent the last hour or so trying to find out which codec to use when rendering the footage from GarrysMod out to an avi or similar file type, this is caused by my computer being slow and not wanting to render anything into a file type that I can view in real time.
Luckily now I have figured out which codec to use when rendering it, and I should get all the clips done in about the next hour or so with any luck.
