Similar Effects in another music video #1

Here is one music video that I have found that uses light effects similar to the ones I want to use.

Holly Vallance - Kiss Kiss



In this video I like how the lights have followed the singers body parts well, using motion tracking presumably the editor has managed to keep the lights almost attachted to her body, hiding certain areas, and making sure that nothing explicit is seen. I also like the lights that are scattered around, as if they were being used to create the set, maybe this effect has been done by using strobe lights placed around the set, turning them on and making it seem like a 3 dimensional space within the video.
